Frank Cucci
General Manager

Frank Cucci is a former U.S. Navy SEAL and a recognized expert in training and security with over 20 years of experience.
After his military service, Frank founded Linxx Global Solutions in 2006. The company delivers comprehensive training, security, and technology solutions to U.S. Government and commercial clients globally.
Frank has steered Linxx Global from its inception to its current status as a premier provider of critical mission support services. Under his leadership, the company supports not only America’s warfighters and law enforcement officers but also its trusted allies and various commercial entities worldwide.

Jay Ford
Director of Human Capital & Strategic Operations

Jay Ford is a Program, Strategy and Technology focused Senior Executive with over 30 years of experience leading complex initiatives at the strategic, operational, and technical levels across Defense, Government, and Commercial sectors. A retired U.S. Navy senior leader, he has directed high-visibility programs including the development of the Navy’s premier IT training pipeline, a multi-agency Department of Homeland Security “system-of-systems” proof-of-concept, and the CVN 78 Class Systems Engineering Team where he led over 50 engineers in systems architecture, cybersecurity, and integration.
As Founder and CEO of NetSolve, later merged with Linxx, Jay combined technical expertise with business acumen, managing contracts, customer relationships, and engineering teams to deliver results in dynamic environments. He is recognized for uniting program management discipline with technical innovation, enabling organizations to adapt, integrate, and excel in rapidly evolving mission spaces.
A Master Training Specialist, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, SHRM-CP, with multiple IT and engineering certifications, Jay brings a unique blend of leadership, technical depth, and intellectual insight, reflecting his dedication to organizational excellence.

Stephanie Pietrzak
Director of Finance and Administration

Stephanie Pietrzak brings extensive experience in corporate and government finance, accounting, and administrative operations. In this role, she oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and compliance with federal contracting requirements.

With a strong background in organizational management, Stephanie provides leadership across multiple business functions, ensuring operational efficiency and financial integrity in support of Linxx’s mission. She also plays a key role in employee engagement, benefits administration, and supporting leadership with strategic planning and execution.

Stephanie is committed to aligning fiscal responsibility with organizational growth, and to fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and service to both employees and clients.

Frank Brown
Advisor


Mr. Brown is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL and Tier 1 special unit team member with over 25 years of high-risk training; program management; and quality assurance experience. Mr. Brown is a decorated combat veteran and U.S. Navy Master Training Specialist. Mr. Brown holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has completed the Lean Six Sigma certification course from Villanova University.

Richard Dobrich

Richard Dobrich is a Strategy focused Senior Executive with over 40 years of dynamic experience at the Policy, Strategic, Operational, and Tactical levels across governmental departments as well as Energy and Critical Infrastructure sectors. He retired after three decades of service with the U.S. Department of Justice/ U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a member of the Department’s Senior Executive Service (SES). Following his government career, he joined ExxonMobil as the corporation’s High Threat Global Security Advisor. He is an internationally recognized leader in the doctrines of Security Risk Assessments that comply with DHS Interagency Standards Committee (ISC) and International Ship and Port Facility (ISPS) standards and methods, Physical Security, Security Engineering and Monitoring, Counter-Intelligence and Human-Intelligence methods, Terrorist & Criminal targeting tactics and procedures, and Continuity of Operations.
