About Linxx

Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Virginia, Linxx Global Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) renowned for its tactical training and comprehensive security solutions, both physical and cyber. With a steadfast commitment to quality and integrity, we have built a reputation as a trusted provider, serving a wide array of high-profile customers including the U.S. Departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security, and Justice, as well as NASA and numerous corporate entities across the nation.

Our History

Linxx Global Solutions was founded on the front lines of operational innovation. In 2006, Frank Cucci—drawing on his experience as a U.S. Navy SEAL—developed the Navy’s Non-Compliant Boarding, Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (NCB-VBSS) Combatives and Prisoner Handling curriculum for CENSECFOR. This marked the beginning of Linxx’s commitment to delivering high-impact training and mission-critical support to U.S. government and military clients.

Since then, Linxx has maintained over 17 years of continuous performance across 26 countries and numerous operational theaters. We’ve evolved into a trusted partner in national security, known for our ability to rapidly deploy elite personnel, develop and deliver cutting-edge training programs, and provide specialized services that directly enhance operational readiness and effectiveness.

Our history is defined by mission focus, adaptability, and an unrelenting pursuit of excellence.
