We are proud to announce that the RMGS/Linxx Team was awarded the contract for Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF) Training Continuum instructor services, as required by the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR), on February 15, 2024. Linxx was also the incumbent on this contract and brings a strong history of dedicated support to CENSECFOR and the training of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) units.

Maritime Expeditionary Security Forces (MESF) operate across a range of environments, including ashore, at sea, and in the waters of harbors, rivers, bays, and littorals. MESF’s primary mission is to conduct maritime security operations across all phases of military activity, ensuring port and harbor security and safeguarding high-value assets inland, on coastal waterways, and ashore.

The MESF Training Continuum provides essential basic and advanced individual skills training to Sailors assigned to MESF operational units within NECC. This critical training is conducted at the CENSECFOR Learning Site in Camp Lejeune, NC. Under this contract, the RMGS/Linxx Team will provide highly qualified instructors with the expertise needed to deliver the Courses of Instruction (COIs).

Instructors supporting this contract fall into three main categories: MESF Landward Operations (LO) Instructors, MESF Waterborne Operations (WO) Instructors, and MESF Tactical Communications (TACOM) Instructors. In addition to meeting basic instructor qualifications, each of these roles requires specialized skills and experience, including proficiency with small arms weapons, crew-served weapons, tactical communications, and medical/EMT training.

We look forward to continuing our partnership with CENSECFOR and contributing to the development and readiness of the Navy’s Maritime Expeditionary Security Forces.
