The Linxx executive management team represents a broad cross-section of highly capable technical support specialists with substantial knowledge in business acquisition, program management, quality control and assurance, human resources, and financial management. An accomplished business leader, Pat is adept at organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management, and commercial business operations and sales. Pat holds a Master’s in Business Administration from George Mason University, a B.A. in Management, and is a highly decorated combat veteran of the U.S. Navy SEALs.
Mrs. Alexis Beem is our Program Manager for the Department of State Global Antiterrorism and Training Assistance program (GATA II) for Linxx. She is responsible for recruiting, vetting, hiring, and deploying hundreds of expert instructors around the world to train coalition partners in U.S. State Department designated high-risk countries. She is an accomplished government contracting industry professional with over thirteen years focused on the competitive federal market. She is a successful proposal manager, pricing specialist, logistician, human capital management specialist, and technical writer. Ms. Beem holds a B.A. in English from Iowa State University and is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP).
As a Program Manager, Mr. Brown is responsible for over five hundred contracting employees in over twenty locations in the United States and in multiple locations around the world. He directs an experienced team of senior leaders who manage programs focused on supporting the Department of Defense (DoD); the U.S. intelligence community; U.S. Department of Homeland Security; and other federal, state, and local agencies. Mr. Brown is a decorated retired Navy SEAL combat veteran and former tier 1 special mission unit team member. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and is Program Management Professional, PMP certified.
