Executive Management Team
The Linxx executive management team represents a broad cross-section of highly capable technical support specialists with substantial knowledge in business acquisition, program management, quality control and assurance, human resources, and financial management. This level of technical and management capability ensures all facets of our contract performance is completed on schedule, within budget, and to standard. Mr. Brown leads Linxx Global Solutions, Inc. and is responsible for over five hundred contracting employees in over twenty locations in the United States and in multiple locations around the world. He directs an experienced team of senior leaders who manage programs focused on supporting the Department of Defense (DoD); the U.S. intelligence community; U.S. Department of Homeland Security; and other federal, state, and local agencies. Mr. Brown is a decorated retired Navy SEAL combat veteran and former tier 1 special mission unit team member. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and is Program Management Professional, PMP certified.
Mrs. Andrea Kennedy is a dedicated business development professional with 15 years of experience working in the federal government market space, capturing and managing multimillion-dollar training, security, and professional services efforts from opportunity identification to contract award. Mrs. Kennedy has been instrumental in growing Linxx from a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business into a thriving, mid-sized company over the last decade. Mrs. Kennedy, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, also provides the company with contract and subcontract management, technical writing and editing, and quality assurance support. She received her master’s degree in English from Old Dominion University, and her bachelor’s degree from Longwood College in English, journalism, and secondary education.
Mr. Luster has over 30 years of leadership experience with government training and education. He has served as the Lead Analyst in support of U.S. Navy Irregular Warfare and Expeditionary Warfare programs as Program Manager and Director for Linxx training contracts with oversight of $17.5mil annual revenue. Mr. Luster is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) where he held the positions of Commanding Officer, Plans Officer, Training Officer, Contracting Officer Representative, and Assistant Professor for joint professional military education. He has an earned M.S. in Project and Program Management from Brandeis University and a B.A. in History from the University of South Carolina.
Ms. Beem manages the Department of State Global Antiterrorism and Training Assistance program (GATA II) for Linxx and as such is responsible for recruiting, vetting, hiring, and deploying hundreds of expert instructors around the world to train coalition partners in U.S. State Department designated high-risk countries. She is an accomplished government contracting industry professional with over thirteen years focused on the competitive federal market. She is a successful proposal manager, pricing specialist, logistician, human capital management specialist, and technical writer. Ms. Beem holds a B.A. in English from Iowa State University and is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP).
