Executive Management Team
The Linxx executive management team represents a broad cross-section of highly capable technical support specialists with substantial knowledge in business acquisition, program management, quality control and assurance, human resources, and financial management. This level of technical and management capability ensures all facets of our contract performance is completed on schedule, within budget, and to standard. Mr. Strong is responsible for development of strategic business initiatives at Linxx. As an Account Vice President with UBS he spent seven years managing investment assets and developing financial advisory solutions for high net worth individuals and large institutions. In 2004, he began to build a distinguished track record of successful progressive business leadership supporting U.S. Government agencies performing as Program Manager, Program Director, and Vice President for a major defense services firm. He is a highly capable consultant and strategist. He is well versed in state of the art training philosophy and knows how important it is to deliver exceptional value all the time. Mr. Strong is a decorated combat veteran of the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams. He is a nationally recognized expert in asymmetrical warfare, counter-terrorism, maritime security, and force protection with over 400 radio and television appearances to his credit. Mr. Strong was a counter-terrorism advisor to the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. He holds a Master’s in Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Mr. Strong is a graduate of Villanova University’s Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma program.
Mr. Burke leads the Linxx Finance Group, which includes both the Finance and Human Resources teams. He is a highly experienced corporate finance executive with specific experience building and restructuring financial operations, capital markets transactions, and M&A activities. Mr. Burke began his career at Deloitte & Touche in Kansas City, where he was an audit and assurance professional serving a wide range of public, private, and governmental clients in various industries, including Fortune 1000 clients. Mr. Burke left Deloitte & Touche to join Ferrellgas, Inc. where he was the Manager of Corporate Finance and Treasury which also included investor relations and corporate governance responsibilities. After several years with Ferrellgas, Mr. Burke joined the Residential and Commercial Division of United Technologies Fire and Security. During that time, he served as the primary finance interface between various business units, including Canadian, European, Chinese, and Mexican operations, and corporate headquarters. Mr. Burke led forecasting and reporting analysis efforts for this newly acquired division. During his successful career, Mr. Burke participated in numerous debt and equity financing initiatives totaling in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Burke focuses on financial transformation and addresses strategic challenges associated with rapid business growth. He inspires his Finance Group to create adequate capital and manpower resources and well-balanced corporate infrastructure that lead to stable and profitable outcomes. Mr. Burke is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from William Jewell College.
Mr. Dellen expertly leads an executive team responsible for all Linxx contract performance deliverables and customer management. He is an accomplished business leader, rising from the ranks at Linxx to perform initially as Program Manager and then General Manager for training and exercise support contracts. His expertise in business planning and training/education scenario design and development has resulted in increased business for Linxx over the last four years. Mr. Dellen is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Master Chief with over 23 years of high-risk, live-fire training; program management; and quality assurance experience. Mr. Dellen is a decorated combat veteran, U.S. Navy Master Training Specialist, and a former leader of the Naval Special Warfare Sniper School. Mr. Dellen holds a Master’s in Business Administration from George Mason University, a B.A. in Management , and has completed the Lean Six Sigma certification course from Villanova University.
Mr. Flatley leads all aspects of Linxx business growth and is a seasoned senior executive with a wealth of business knowledge and experience. Mr. Flatley has a 29-year track record of organizational process management, systems design, and business enterprise leadership excellence. He is an expert in developing rapid tactical solutions for Navy special operations forces, Navy expeditionary units, and the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Office. As a program manager and senior director for a major defense services firm from 2005-2009, he established a distinguished track record of success building proactive business development teams, leading successful capture campaigns, and introducing new service offerings. A retired decorated Navy combat pilot and squadron commander, Mr. Flatley is a recognized expert in airborne ISR, aerial combat tactics, and combat leadership serving as a key consultant and advisor to the Navy from 2010-2012. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and a Naval War College alumnus.
Ms. Beem is responsible to the CEO for the oversight of all enterprise risk management programs, policies, and procedures. As a strategic advisor to the CEO and the Linxx Board of Directors, she delivers exceptional insight and wisdom, contributing directly to the safety and security of Linxx business operations. our rapid growth. Ms. Beem is a retired Navy Captain (O-6) with 15 years active duty and 12 years reserve experience serving with Navy training, aviation, submarine and surface commands, and Joint experience with Joint Forces Command, European Command, NATO, and recruiting. She holds a B.A. in English from Drake University and is a graduate of the Naval War College, Joint Forces Staff College, graduate-level education certification and license program, and Villanova University’s Government and Commercial Contract Specialist. She has military specialist certifications in Joint Operations, Joint Intelligence, Joint Logistics, and Manpower and Training Analysis.
Mr. Wubker leads the medical services delivery commercial business group within LGS responsible for quality control, new business initiatives, and management of performance excellence for over 60 medical facilities in the state of Virginia. Mr. Wubker brings over twenty years of project and business unit management expertise. He is a specialist in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and is adept at interpreting the specific needs of commercial customers. Brian is also an accomplished government services professional having led both our government contracting security business group and our federal market focused business development group during the last four years. He is a decorated U.S. special operations combat veteran with an undergraduate degree in business and is currently completing his graduate studies at the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
Mr. Brown leads a services business group which supports the Department of Defense (DoD); the intelligence community; U.S. Department of Homeland Security; NASA, the U.S. Coast Guard and other federal, state, and local agencies. He is a very knowledgeable human performance expert, security analyst and an accomplished business leader. Mr. Brown is the company’s curriculum design specialist in the areas of U.S. Special Operations, Department of State counter-terrorism, and U.S. Navy Anti-Terrorism/Counter piracy. His expertise in business planning, program management and quality assurance has significantly contributed to the rapid growth and success of Linxx Global Solutions, Inc. since 2006. Mr. Brown is a decorated U.S. Navy SEAL, U.S. Navy Master Training Specialist, and former JSOC special unit team member with over 25 years’ active service to his country. Mr. Brown holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and has completed the Lean Six Sigma certification course from Villanova University.
Ms. Beem leads the Linxx Global Anti-Terrorism Group which provides anti-terrorism and U.S. Embassy force protection to partner nation professionals through several U.S. Government contracts around the world. Ms. Beem has over 10 years of project management and federal contracting services leadership with an emphasis in global operations. She is an exceptional business manager with the uncanny ability to design practical, high impact solutions. While with Linxx, she has developed and implemented a comprehensive system for coherent recruiting, quality control, and contract task management. Ms. Beem is a key player on the Linxx management team. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a degree in English from Iowa State University.
