Executive Management Team
The Linxx executive management team represents a broad cross-section of highly capable technical support specialists with substantial knowledge in business acquisition, program management, quality control and assurance, human resources, and financial management. This level of technical and management capability ensures all facets of our contract performance is completed on schedule, within budget, and to standard. Linxx operates a streamlined model that maximizes responsiveness, solution generation, and business agility. Our management programs, systems, and processes are characterized by a flat structure which facilitates enhanced communications flow and rapid decision making. Our pricing methodology offers a best value alternative while ensuring customers experience increased continuity, meticulous quality control, maximum personnel efficiency, and innovative operational practices.
Mr. Strong is responsible for strategic business initiatives at Linxx. As an Account Vice President with UBS, he spent over seven years managing investment assets and developing financial advisory solutions for high net worth individuals and large institutions. Starting in 2004, he built a distinguished track record of successful business leadership as a Program Manager, Program Director, and Senior Vice President for a major defense services firm. Mr. Strong is a decorated combat veteran of the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams and a nationally recognized expert in asymmetrical warfare, counter-terrorism, and maritime security with over 400 radio and television appearances to his credit. He holds a Master’s in Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is a graduate of Villanova University’s Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma program.
Mr. Burke is a valued member of our strategic planning team and is an expert in financial modeling and acquisition funding. He is a highly experienced corporate finance executive with specific experience building and restructuring financial operations, capital markets transactions, and M&A activities. Before joining Linxx as CFO he gained invaluable experience with international finance including Canadian, European, Chinese, and Mexican financial operations. During his successful career, Mr. Burke has participated in numerous debt and equity financing initiatives totaling in excess of $1 billion. He was instrumental in the success of our ESOP deal in 2015 and has led the design of our financial management infrastructure and key processes – efficiently keeping pace with our rapid growth. Mr. Burke is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from William Jewell College.
Mr. Dellen expertly leads an executive team responsible for all Linxx contract performance deliverables and customer management. He is an accomplished business leader, rising from the ranks at Linxx to perform initially as Program Manager and then General Manager for training and exercise support contracts. His expertise in business planning and training/education scenario design and development has resulted in increased business for Linxx over the last four years. Mr. Dellen is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Master Chief with over 23 years of high-risk, live-fire training; program management; and quality assurance experience. Mr. Dellen is a decorated combat veteran, U.S. Navy Master Training Specialist, and a former leader of the Naval Special Warfare Sniper School. Mr. Dellen holds a Master’s in Business Administration from George Mason University, a B.A. in Management , and has completed the Lean Six Sigma certification course from Villanova University.
Ms. Beem is responsible to the CEO for the oversight of all enterprise risk management programs, policies, and procedures. As a strategic advisor to the CEO and the Linxx Board of Directors, she delivers exceptional insight and wisdom, contributing directly to the safety and security of Linxx business operations. our rapid growth. Ms. Beem is a retired Navy Captain (O-6) with 15 years active duty and 12 years reserve experience serving with Navy training, aviation, submarine and surface commands, and Joint experience with Joint Forces Command, European Command, NATO, and recruiting. She holds a B.A. in English from Drake University and is a graduate of the Naval War College, Joint Forces Staff College, graduate-level education certification and license program, and Villanova University’s Government and Commercial Contract Specialist. She has military specialist certifications in Joint Operations, Joint Intelligence, Joint Logistics, and Manpower and Training Analysis.
Experienced senior manager of commercial medical and government contract business units operating in both domestic and international markets. Experienced in business development, marketing, and competitive analysis. Chuck is adept at growing and leading medical, training and security services and applies that talent as President of Linxx Global Solutions, Inc. Government Services Group. A career Marine officer with thirty years’ service, Chuck holds several special operations specialty ratings, a DOD TS/SCI clearance and is a graduate of the Naval War College. He currently leads over 350 full time Linxx employees and over 400 contractors in support of 12 major contracts and over 170 anti-terrorism training task orders a year.
Mr. Wubker leads the medical services delivery commercial business group within LGS responsible for quality control, new business initiatives, and management of performance excellence for over 60 medical facilities in the state of Virginia. Mr. Wubker brings over twenty years of project and business unit management expertise. He is a specialist in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and is adept at interpreting the specific needs of commercial customers. He is a decorated U.S. special operations combat veteran with an undergraduate degree in business and is currently completing his graduate studies at the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
