Shannon Roberts, President and VP Human Capital Management
Shannon Roberts is a highly qualified professional with a MA in Education and SHRM-CP certification. She started her career in Human Resources and has now progressed to oversee all functions of a successful company. With her expertise in HR, she has been able to implement effective strategies for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. Additionally, her educational background has allowed her to bring a unique perspective to the business world, focusing on continuous learning and growth for all team members. Ms. Roberts’ leadership has been instrumental in driving the success of the company, ensuring a positive work environment and sustainable growth.
Frank Brown, Director
As Director, Mr. Brown is responsible for over five hundred contracting employees in over twenty locations in the United States and in multiple locations around the world. He directs an experienced team of senior leaders who manage programs focused on supporting the Department of Defense (DoD); the U.S. intelligence community; U.S. Department of Homeland Security; and other federal, state, and local agencies. Mr. Brown is a decorated retired Navy SEAL combat veteran and former tier 1 special mission unit team member. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and is Program Management Professional, PMP certified.
Veronica Szabo, Director
As Director, Ms. Szabo is responsible for over two hundred contracting employees in over twelve locations in the United States and in multiple locations around the world. She directs an experienced team who manage contracts focused on supporting the Department of Defense (DoD); the U.S. intelligence community; and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Ms. Szabo also leads our U.S. State Department GATA international antiterrorism program, one of the largest federal government training programs in existence. She has a bachelor’s degree in business and is a U.S. Air Force veteran and has demonstrated technical competency and insight in every area of our business.
