Executive Management Team

The Linxx executive management team represents a broad cross-section of highly capable technical support specialists with substantial knowledge in business acquisition, program management, quality control and assurance, human resources, and financial management. This level of technical and management capability ensures all facets of our contract performance is completed on schedule, within budget, and to standard. Marty Strong, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Strong is the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer for Linxx Global Solutions, Inc. He has a long track record of entrepreneurial business success, first as a portfolio manager with UBS, then as a senior VP for a large federal contracting firm, and since 2009 with Linxx. His primary daily focus is growing the company, seeking out new opportunities, and executing business strategy. Mr. Strong has a B.B.A, an M.A, and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt. He is a combat veteran officer of the Navy SEAL Teams and published author.

Frank Brown, Director

As Director, Mr. Brown is responsible for over five hundred contracting employees in over twenty locations in the United States and in multiple locations around the world. He directs an experienced team of senior leaders who manage programs focused on supporting the Department of Defense (DoD); the U.S. intelligence community; U.S. Department of Homeland Security; and other federal, state, and local agencies. Mr. Brown is a decorated retired Navy SEAL combat veteran and former tier 1 special mission unit team member. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and is Program Management Professional, PMP certified.

Veronica Szabo, Director

As Director, Ms. Szabo is responsible for over two hundred contracting employees in over twelve locations in the United States and in multiple locations around the world. She directs an experienced team who manage contracts focused on supporting the Department of Defense (DoD); the U.S. intelligence community; and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Ms. Szabo also leads our U.S. State Department GATA international antiterrorism program, one of the largest federal government training programs in existence. She has a bachelor’s degree in business and is a U.S. Air Force veteran and has demonstrated technical competency and insight in every area of our business.

Bill Seith, Director Business Development

As Director, Business Development, Mr. Seith is responsible for seeking, analyzing, and pursuing federal business. He is adept at all aspects of federal procurement, capture management, and bid and proposal project oversight. Mr. Seith directs internal resources as well as consultants, and teaming partners to evaluate new opportunities and win. Mr. Seith has an undergraduate degree in business and two graduate degrees. He is PMP certified project manager and a combat veteran of The Navy’s elite SEAL Teams.
